A coalition of Igbo elders, scholars, and activists dedicated to preserving authentic Igbo culture in all its aspects: language, spirituality, history are the Omenana Defenders.

Omenana Defenders preserve and promote the Hebraic roots of Ndi Igbo (Igbo people, and assert with certainty that Torah, Ancient Israelite culture and Omenana are one in the same.

A well developed Ala-Igbo (Igboland) and flourishing Igbo Diasporas in all aspects of society including: Education, Economy, Culture and Arts, Religion and Health. 

We accomplish this by initiating our Obodo (community) into the all encompassing doctrines of Ome Na Ana. Defined as "What is done in the land," Omenana is identical to Ancient Israelite culture and specifically then Laws and Commands given to the Israelites by Moshe and recorded as recorded in Torah.

Omenana Defenders holds weekly Shabbat services in the Igbo language. 

Members from all over the world contribute to a vibrant online community where insights and information on Igbo culture, religion and history is shared.

Engagement with the Igbo Diaspora in the Caribbean and Americas through virtual and in-person lectures and conferences.

Nation building activities include collective investments in business and infrastructure in Igboland and Diaspora communities.

Arts and entertainment is created to share Igbo history and authentic Omenana globally.

Literature is produced to preserve Igbo language, the practice of Omenana and Igbo history.

Advocacy and fundraising for causes and projects in Igboland and the Diaspora.
